How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as soon as you know your wedding date to make sure a camcorder is available. Booking early also gives you time to plan how you want to capture the wedding weekend.

When will I receive the camcorder?

We ship the camcorder 10–12 days before the event, with the goal of having it arrive 3–5 days before the rental begins.

What if the camcorder doesn't work when I receive it?

Every camcorder is tested before shipping, but we recommend testing it as soon as it arrives. If there is a problem, customers should contact us immediately and we'll expedite a replacement.

What happens if I lose or break the camcorder?

Accepted Answer

Customers should notify us immediately. If insurance wasn't purchased, a lost or damaged camcorder incurs a 350 euro fee.

How long does the battery last?

Each battery can record continuously for up to 235 minutes, roughly enough for a full day of intermittent recording. A charger and an additional battery are included.

When do I send the camcorder back?

The camcorder needs to be returned using the specified postal carrier at the end of the rental. There is a small grace period, after which late fees begin. The footage cannot be delivered until the camcorder has been returned.

When do I receive my video?

Once the camcorder is returned, raw footage is available for download within 48 hours. Other edited deliverables are completed within 14 days.

Do we need filming experience?

No. The camcorder is designed to be extremely simple to operate. Couples can hand it to friends and family to capture candid moments throughout the day.

Typically, the couple gives the camera to friends, family members or members of the wedding party. Because the people filming are actually part of the celebration, the resulting footage is intended to feel more personal, candid and authentic.
